TEACHING-FAMILY MODEL STANDARDS
The Teaching-Family Model is an unique approach to human services characterized by integrated support systems, clearly defined goals, and a set of essential elements.  The Teaching-Family Association protects the fidelity of the Model implementation and represents the interests of its member agencies.

The Model has been heavily researched since its inception.  As a result, there is a wealth of data and material supporting its efficacy.  As an evidenced-based full system of care, the Model is uniquely positioned to help communities effectively.  As it is a full system, it also offers administrative supports not available through other technologies or approaches.

All certified agencies are bound by both the Teaching-Family Association Standards of Ethical Conduct as well as the Standards of Service.  Through a peer-review certification process, these standards are measured and quality improvement is assured.
