Children’s Home of Cincinnati: Evaluation Coordinator

Coordinates and conducts the Teaching Family Model professional evaluations, supporting the certification of practitioners. Performs monthly consultation for the supervision of supervisors/managers and provides feedback on their supportive supervision. Collects and analyzes evaluation data for program improvements, and quality assurance and presents evaluation data to necessary stakeholders.

Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field from an accredited college or university. At least two years professional experience in mental health treatment environment or in a school setting. Training and consultation experience preferred. TFM Certified practitioner strongly preferred. Good written and oral communication skills required. Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications
