Richmeier Therapeutic Home is a Christian program that emphasizes family values and principles. RTH is looking for younger individuals and married couples to work together in community-based Teaching-Family group homes in the Toledo, Ohio area.   Legally married couples that have been married at least two years without small children prioritized.   Experience and certification as a Teaching-Family practitioner preferred.  RTH has homes in the Toledo, Ohio  area with 5-10 children & adolescents per home.   Teaching-Parents teach, train, nurture, and supervise kids in a family style setting.  Must be able to implement the Teaching-Family model,  while maintaining licensing, accreditation,  and certification standards.   We are in search of fun loving, energetic, healthy, individuals who can love and build relationships with children and teens daily.  RTH is licensed for kids ages 8-18 with emotional and behavioral issues that are separated from family. 

Competitive Salary based on experience, certifications, availability

Nearby housing is available for rent or as part of salary for one couple if interested

Basic Requirements:

·       21 or older

·       Valid Driver’s license—less than 6 points on record

·       Good health—able to physically restrain as trained if necessary

·       Able to work long hours and remain positive and pleasant

·       Pass mental health assessments

·       No criminal record, rigorous background checks

·       Flexible, able to receive feedback, maintain loyalty and fidelity to program

·       Uphold RTH mission, values, and principles
