The Teaching-Family Association hosts two annual meetings each year. These meetings are open to all professionals involved in the human and social services arena.
The Mid-Year meeting focuses on leadership, work groups, ad-hoc task groups, and management topics. This meeting also hosts the TFA business agenda, including meetings of the Board of Directors, Accreditation & Ethics, and Development & Dissemination.
The Annual Conference provides outstanding education for practitioners, managers, trainers, and administrators. There are over 40 hours of concurrent educational programming available over the course of 3 days. Keynote and Plenary speakers provide vision, inspiration, and the challenge to continual improve process and practice.

TFA's 42nd Annual Conference begins Sunday, October 20, 2019 with meetings for Accreditation & Ethics, Dissemination & Development, and FFPSA. We kick Monday, October 21, 2019 off with a meeting of our Board of Directors, tours of our Accredited TFM agencies and programs in Cincinnati, FFPSA session, training workshops, networking opportunities, our Welcome Meeting and Reception, and poster sessions…just to name a few things! Tuesday and Wednesday, October 22 and 23, 2019, will be jam-packed with information about TFA’s research project and time to meet with the researcher, presentations, celebrations, awards, a keynote speaker of Olympic caliber, and a fabulous plenary session!
